Commercial Builders

Tropical Coast Builders commercial division has a proven track record in all facets of commercial construction.  Our portfolio includes industrial buildings, shopping centres, restaurants, schools, multi-storey developments, civil projects and government buildings. 

The 'mission@mission' stage one project was completed for MiCorp Property Development in 2010 and won the 2010 Queensland Master Builders Association award for medium rise multi-residential housing over $4 million.

Building Supplies


Our building supply yard is conveniently located to service the whole of the Cassowary Coast region and beyond. We stock a full range of blocks and building products. Tropical Coast Mission Beach also offers a full-service pool testing facility and stocks all the pool supplies necessary for domestic and commercial pool maintenance.

Raw Materials & Landscaping

Tropical Coast Mission Beach provides an extensive range of raw materials to trade professionals, DIY enthusiasts and owner builders. Our helpful team can advise you on the best product for the job and can source any item not routinely carried in stock.

Plant Hire

We have an extensive range of machinery available to hire including bobcats, backhoes, excavators, trucks, truck and dog, cement trucks, water trucks, trenchers and forklifts.  Our competitive rates should make us your first point of call.

Demolition & Asbestos Removal

Tropical Coast Builders provide the experience, licensing requirements and safety skills to remove asbestos including residential or commercial, walls, floors, ceilings and external structures. We ensure that all safety precautions are taken and that all asbestos removed from a demolition site is disposed of in an appropriate manner.
