Chris Watt

Managing Director Chris Watt has many years of experience in the building and construction industry of North Queensland. He commenced his apprenticeship with one of the areas most highly skilled and sought-after building companies and by 2003 was Director and General Manager of a well respected and highly prestigious local building company. In 2008 he seized the opportunity to create his own company from an existing brand and is now owner and managing director of the Tropical Coast group of businesses. Chris prides himself on his quality workmanship, attention to detail, knowledge and passion for the industry.

Bill Tofler

Bill has been involved in the building industry for over 35 years and works as the Chief Estimator for the Tropical Coast group of businesses. His involvement in major projects in the past, such as Sydney Airport, brings highly sought after project management skills to the group. He specialises in quality assurance and workplace health and safety and is often involved in the local voluntary State Emergency Services.

William McKeown

William, known throughout the industry as Billy Mac, is the Commercial Foreman for Tropical Coast Builders and has been overseeing the commercial operations of the group since 2005. He has spent the last 20 years working within the commercial building industry for a number of different companies including Theiss and Abigroup. Billy has excellent project management skills and regularly achieves great results under budget and within strict timeframes.
