We constantly strive to look for opportunities to create sustainable development in an ethical and socially responsible way. As service providers working within the construction industry, our social responsibilities lie primarily with the environment, the community and the people we interact with.
We are committed to providing environmentally responsible services to our customers, workforce and the wider community.
Our policy is to support and promote environmentally sustainable practices throughout our business through compliance with relevant environmental legislation, conducting environmental assessments and minimising adverse environmental impacts at project sites. We have adopted a range of environmental best practices such as using recycled paper and energy efficient lighting, collection and use of rainwater at Tropical Coast Group headquarters and employing local people.
We also support environmentally sustainable practices such as waste reduction, emission control, protection of ecosystems, limited land clearing and energy efficiency consistent with current technical knowledge.
"I would like to thank you for the attention that was given to my house by your excellent staff. They were great workers and very thorough and considerate. Please God I won't need you again, but if so I would more that welcome you because I know how good your staff were. All the best for the future."
